  I received a gift in a size XL and im Medium I went in the 1st girl said we had $50 credit. We shopped none of the sweaters were available so got about $80 in merchandise pay the difference of course. We got to the register and the next girl says $20 credit ok the first grabbed the item not the Gift Reciet to scan I get it just a mistake. Next they say it can only be one item for an even $20 so between the 2 they say hey just do a Gift card that will fix it. Next thing it's only $15 if they do that can't figure it out. They lost the Reciet and it goes on for several minutes the call a shift leader over and finally it and the shift manager can't explain why $20 equals $15 for a gift card? So we find 2 for $20 shirts no go, then a charger back for $19.99 no go off by ,01 so we had asked for the upper management aggressively at this point. She just wanted to say it is what it is take it leave it. I said enough get another Manager. She was nice and emphasized but we left with $15.06 I'm a gift card in the end because no $20 items were present. I loved Khols I won't return or but a present ever for anyone the they they don't get cheated and treat that way.
