  Do not purchase any sprint line from this store. They will change your plan without asking and pay more. Sales people only care about selling their phones. Management sucks!

  Worst customer service everrr. Employees by the name of Jerzain T, he is uneducated with zero knowledge and his assistant (Diana Hernandez) she's ugly with a lot of pimples, her attitude makes her an idiot. She thinks she is above anyone else, dislocation is ghetto, stay away they will charge your account with out you authorizing it you have to dispute the charges so they can cancel/ clear your account. This are facts and a warning for all customers entering this mall store. Final comments go to BEST BUY to make any purchase/activity to your account.

  Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the employee that "helped" me buy thanks to his bad service and lack of knowledge I had to pay $100 more for his idiotic mistake on my cell service. I don't recommend this store! It's not the first time they mess up!
